Egotistic people with a cold-hearted nature do not appreciate the feelings or needs of others. Their focus lies on their own desires above all else, displaying a complete lack of compassion. Such egocentric individuals do not understand the importance of altruism and selfless acts towards their fellow beings. The only concern remains on satisfying their own requirements, mistakenly realizing the hurt they inflict to others. Basically, such individuals perpetuate a society devoid of sympathy as well as kindness.
